Mark the RMA# on the outside of the box and include your name, phone number/email and the desired return shipping address inside the box with the defective case.
InfoCase will confirm the shipping address that you will use to send the product.
Step 3
Once the product has been received by Infocase, our team will review and advise next steps within three business days.
InfoCase LLC, a Gamber-Johnson Company, warrants all products, except where noted, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by misuse or accident. In the sole discretion of InfoCase. any case covered by this limited warranty will be either repaired or replaced upon its return to InfoCase per the provisions below. Any liability, either expressed or implied is limited to replacement or repair of the product. This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchasing individual/organization only.
In no event shall InfoCase LLC, a Gamber-Johnson Company, be liable for any consequential or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of business information or damage to computer equipment or other contents) arising out of the use of this carrying case. In any event, InfoCase’s entire liability under any provision of this limited warranty shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the original purchaser for this carrying case.
Unless otherwise arranged or contracted, buyer must secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number code from InfoCase then return the defective case prepaid. InfoCase will then return the case prepaid back to you the shipper or other if specified.
